This is what good build quality looks like in a wallet. Glued layers? Nope, M2 screws. Exposed silicone band? Nope, woven elastic. I wanted something a little more well-built and versatile than my long-serving Radix One, which, admittedly, is as simple and light as you can go with a wallet. I have nothing against it, by my day-to-day life has gotten progressively more demanding on the things I carry, including my wallet. With NFC cards becoming more prevalent, and having had a couple of them nicked by unknown means, I've decided it was time to go with a "RFID" blocking one (which, interestingly, unless you're keeping your company ID badge in your wallet, isn't the tech to be worried about). I gotta say, this wallet impresses me. It's well built, the machining and anodized coating are flawless, and it feels sturdy. The elastic is well-protected and exposed to minimal contact with its surroundings and the contained cards, reducing the long-term risk of failure due to abrasion. It may be primarily intended for men, but it goes nice in the purse, or clips well to a pocket to keep my cards away from the thing that most pickpockets are going to go for first. Overall, 5/5.
